The Ministry of Transport has resumed a project to build a new canal in
southern Tra Vinh Province to make it navigable for vessels of up to
10,000 tonnes.
The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Wednesday signed loan contracts for two infrastructure projects in the Mekong Delta and Central Highland regions.
